Please read these Terms and Conditions and our "PrivacyStatement" before clicking on the "PLACE ORDER" button to place your order. By using this website or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our "Privacy Statement" and, if you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions and the "Privacy Statement", you should not place an order.
The purchase of ALMA SECRET products through its website entails the express acceptance, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of these conditions. The acceptance by you of these conditions is regulated by the online acceptance of these conditions by clicking on the button provided for this purpose when making the purchase, in which appears "PLACE ORDER". These Conditions may be modified, so you should read them before placing each order.

3. Products and Availability
All cosmetic products sold on www.almasecret.com are brand new, 100% original and come in their original packaging.
In www.almasecret.comwe always try to have as much of our products in stock as possible in order to deliver them quickly and efficiently, but we cannot guarantee that our website or its content will always be available.
For operational reasons such as maintenance, repair or upgrades to the site, the service may be interrupted, and it may be necessary to change or suspend the availability of any content, products or services at any time without notice.

4. Prices
The prices published on the website are expressed in euros and include VAT. The published prices do not include shipping costs. The special offers are valid on the dates indicated on the website or while stocks last, as well as the prices indicated in the offer.
Www.almasecret.comreserves the right to modify products, promotions, commercial conditions and prices at any time and without prior notice to the customer, in case of modification of a price, the products will be invoiced with the price in force during the registration of the order.
5. Shipment
In Spain, we ship to mainland Spain, Balearic and Canary Islands.
We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla or Gibraltar.
We also ship toEurope, to the following countries: Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, San Marino, Sweden and Switzerland.
Orders placed before 10:00h will be processed the same day, orders placed after 10:00h will be processed the next working day and the delivery time will then start to run.
Delivery time is 24/48h for Spai, Mainland (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays),unless the recipient is absent and a new delivery date has to be set. For all other destinations, please see the list below.
During special promotional periods, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Single Day or special launches, these deadlines will be met but are not guaranteed.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a message in your inbox with the shipping confirmation and tracking details. If you have any queries or problems, please contact the courier using your tracking number to arrange delivery,or contact our support team: hello@almasecret.com, indicating your order number (made up of a combination of letters).
The shipping costs will be those corresponding to each country and can be seen when placing the order and before proceeding to payment.
Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. If there is no one at home at the time of delivery, the operator will not leave the package and will take it back to its Central Office for a second delivery attempt. If on 2 occasions no one is found at the address, the customer must contact the courier to arrange a new delivery date (3rd occasion). If on this third occasion, no one is found at the address, the customer must arrange a new delivery date (4th occasion) which will have an additional cost equivalent to the price / rate reported on the site for this service, at the time of requesting a fourth delivery attempt. These delivery times will ultimately depend on the transport company and the country of destination. Delivery is considered to have been made once the addressee signs for receipt of the goods. It is the responsibility of the addressee to check the products on receipt and to state any reservations and complaints that may be considered necessary in the delivery receipt document.
It is of great help and mutual benefit if you provide all shipping details in a clear and concise way, as well as possible indications in case of somewhat complex addresses. It is also important that you provide us with contact telephone numbers where you can be reached easily, perhaps mobile phone or work phone, as the transport agency sometimes needs to reach you to meet you at a certain time or to clarify any doubts.
Although most deliveries are made within the stated timeframe, occasionally, delays may occur in shipments.If you have received an email confirmation of your shipment and have not yet received it it may be because the courier has not found your address, it has happened at a time when you were absent or you have suffered some kind of incidence, please contact the courier via your tracking number to arrange delivery.
The transport agency has 7 working days to deliver the order, in the event that the customer is not found at home to make the delivery during that period of time, the order will be returned to our facilities.
Once the return is in our facilities, the customer must pay the costs of the new shipment so that we can send the order again. If the customer does not want the order, the total amount of the order will be refunded to the customer, minus the cost of the return. The amount of the return shipping costs is the same as the normal shipping costs.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Without prejudice to the legal guarantee, if within 14 days of delivery of the product(s) purchased, you change your mind and want to return your order, you may do so, provided that the product has not been opened and its packaging is sealed. The products must be in the same condition in which they were received and with the original packaging. If you bought a pack, remember that you cannot split it, you must return it in its entirety.
We will need your order number. Remember that you can retrieve it from your email address.
Right of withdrawal
Except for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery, the customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, unless the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method, and the company shall not be obliged to reimburse any additional costs arising therefrom. The reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received, or until proof of the return of the goods has been provided. The customer shall only bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If the amount of your purchase is greater than 29', shipping costs are free for mainland Spain. For purchases below this amount, an additional fee of 3,50' will be applied at the end of the purchase.

7. Methods of payment and security
7.1. Credit card and PAYPAL
In this payment method www.almasecret.com makes a secure connection with the bank gateway sending as the only data the final amount of the purchase. Www.almasecret.com does not manage, store or request at any time your bank details or card number relegating this information to PAYPAL and its secure environment. Www.almasecret.com does not charge any fees for using this secure service.
7.2. Bank transfer
Please indicate your order number and your full name as the concept. You can make a bank transfer from your usual bank or savings bank (payment verification may take 2 to 3 days). If you make the payment by bank transfer from your bank and you want to speed up the shipment of your order, you must send us a proof of transfer from that bank to hello@almasecret.com.
The account number will be provided automatically once you have made your purchase.
If payment has not been received within 7 working days (excluding weekends), the order will be cancelled. False orders or attempted fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities. All information necessary to assist in the investigation will be provided.
8. Returns
8.1. Refund procedure
All products purchased from THE COMPANY may be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer informs THE COMPANY of his/her intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of up to 30 working days from the date of delivery and that the rest of the conditions set out in this section are met.
THE COMPANY will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling.
The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received in order to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be sent in the box in which it was delivered, the Client must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives at the COMPANY's warehouse with the maximum guarantees .

The order number and personal details must be indicated in order to identify the person to whom it corresponds as well as the reason for the return.
With the aim of facilitating the return process to the Clients and to be able to make a correct follow-up of it, THE COMPANY establishes as the only return procedure the one established by THE COMPANY.
1.- If the reason for the return is attributable to THE COMPANY (the product is defective, it is not the one you ordered, etc.), the company will collect the order and/or product from you, and the amount of the return will be refunded, including delivery costs if they have been paid. Contact us at hello@almasecret.com in case of any incident.
2.- If the reason is other (the products were served correctly but are not to your liking), the cost of the return expenses will be borne by the customer.
To proceed with a return, you must inform us, within 30 calendar days of receipt, that you wish to return the product. The information can be sent by e-mail to hello@almasecret.com
When we receive the returned products, we will check that everything is in perfect condition and we will proceed to refund the amount of the order. In this case, the amount of the returned products will be refunded but not the shipping costs.
8.2. Refunds to the CUSTOMER
The return of products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products minus the cost of the return service.
Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, THE COMPANY will also reimburse the Customer for the corresponding shipping costs, if they have been paid.
Returns and partial cancellations will give rise to partial refunds. THE COMPANY will process the return order under the same system that was used for the payment within 7 working days from the confirmation of arrival of the returned order at the warehouse. The application of the refund to the Customer' s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing institution. The application period will be up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards. Www.almasecret.com reserves the right to compensate for the difference between the value of the items sent to the customer and returned by the customer in the following cases:
-When the products have been used or handled in an improper or negligent manner or not in accordance with their characteristics by the Customer.
-When the products have been hit or damaged.
-Where the non-conformity is due to wear and tear from normal use.

9. Product warranties
The products offered by www.almasecret.com are guaranteed, so if even after our strict quality controls, for reasons beyond our control, you receive an unwanted item, with a manufacturing defect or in poor condition, www.almasecret.com is responsible for it under the terms established in the consumer protection legislation.
Please contact our customer service department (phone: +34 643.380.464, e-mail: hello@almasecret.com) as soon as you notice that the product is not in conformity with your order, communicating the incident.
www.almasecret.comis not liable for negligent or improper use of the purchased product.
If the product is defective or in poor condition, we will replace it. Our carrier will collect the defective product and deliver a new one to you. All the steps will be completely free of charge for the consumer.
